Members of the Maldives National Cadet Corps are visiting India ahead of the 77th Republic Day on January 26, 2026, touring New Delhi and Agra, holding official meetings, and engaging in cultural exchanges with Indian and foreign cadets. The Republic Day parade will feature 30 tableaux from states, union territories, and central ministries, highlighting India’s heritage and development under themes of national song legacy and self-reliance. The event will host around 10,000 guests, including European Council President Antonio Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen as chief guests.
