Green Canada raised $308K in a share sale to fund uranium exploration in Saskatchewan.
Green Canada Corporation, a subsidiary of PTX Metals Inc., closed the first tranche of a $500,000 private placement on January 19, 2026, raising $308,000 by issuing 2.37 million common shares at $0.13 each.
The shares are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period.
Proceeds will fund general corporate purposes.
The company holds uranium exploration projects in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, including the Marshall Project.
PTX Metals, based in Toronto, also granted 7.7 million stock options and continues exploring critical minerals across northern Ontario.
