In a holiday-shortened week, India’s top three firms—State Bank of India, Infosys, and ICICI Bank—gained ₹75,855.43 crore in combined market value, led by SBI and Infosys, while seven others, including Reliance Industries and Larsen & Toubro, lost ₹75,549.89 crore collectively.
The BSE Sensex fell slightly, and the NSE Nifty rose marginally.
Reliance Industries remained the most valuable Indian company, followed by HDFC Bank, TCS, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, SBI, Infosys, Bajaj Finance, Hindustan Unilever, and L&T.
