Marco Antonio Aguayo, 22, of Anaheim, faces federal charges for allegedly posting threats on Disneyland’s Instagram account in July 2025 during Vice President JD Vance’s unannounced visit.
The posts claimed pipe bombs were placed in the park, predicted bloodshed, and called for an uprising against corrupt politicians.
