Signature Global invests ₹380 crore in earthquake-resistant dampers for 80–100 high-rises in Delhi-NCR.
Signature Global has committed ₹380 crore to deploy Hysteretic Tuned Mass Damper (HTMD) technology in 80–100 high-rise towers across India, particularly in seismically active Delhi-NCR.
The system, developed through a partnership with Indo-Italian firm CECO Hirun, reduces building vibrations from earthquakes and wind by 20–30%, cuts material use by up to 25%, and enhances safety and comfort.
The technology, which adds about ₹50 per sq ft, will be retrofitted into recent projects and applied to future developments, with potential expansion to ₹1,000 crore.
