Judge Afzal Majoka criticized law enforcement for delayed warrant execution, demanding they apprehend the couple regardless of location and warning of contempt charges.
Authorities, including police and the FIA, were summoned to explain the delay.
The case stems from alleged posts inciting division, and the defendants have challenged the trial’s fairness, previously seeking relief in higher courts.
The court also removed the prosecutor for non-appearance.
