Creative Greensboro, with the New Arrivals Institute, has launched a public art project transforming three bus shelters into community-themed displays, featuring artwork that reflects local stories and experiences.
Funded by a $15,000 grant, the initiative, "Community Art in Transit: Stories of Hope and Home," aims to foster pride and connection.
The first piece, Rooted Future Kings by Zion Jones and Emilio Marz, is already installed.
Artists from Guilford County can apply through February 18.
