It operates without ID or background checks, prohibits drugs, alcohol, and weapons, and is activated for two or more consecutive nights below 30°F.
The shelter is part of ongoing efforts to support homeless individuals, relying on community donations of paper products, snacks, soda, fresh fruit, and monetary contributions, as well as volunteer help.
