EBIT jumped 40.1% to ₹1,892 crore, and new deal wins reached $1.1 billion, up 47% annually. The company saw improved margins and cash flow, though a one-time charge impacted sequential profit. Headcount declined slightly to 149,616, with a 12.3% attrition rate.
