Denise Welch has been confirmed for the six-part TV adaptation of Graham Norton’s thriller novel *Forever Home*, set to air on Channel 5 in 2026. The series, set in a small Irish town, follows a divorcee who discovers a hidden corpse in her new partner’s basement, suspecting he may be a killer. Co-starring Lewis Cope, Jenny Walser, Samantha Bond, Douglas Henshall, Amy Nuttall, Kevin Whately, James Baxter, and Shane Zaza, the drama is written and executive produced by Clara Salaman. Based on Norton’s best-selling novel, the adaptation blends suspense, dark humor, and emotional depth, drawing on the author’s experience with his earlier work *Holding*, which was previously adapted for ITV. Production is underway with support from FilmNation TV UK, The Mediapro Studio, and North East Screen.
