Agronomics has invested AU$3 million in Australian biotech firm All G Co, which produces animal-free milk proteins via precision fermentation, to support commercial production, regulatory efforts, and expansion in Asia and Europe.
The funding comes through convertible notes with a 24-month term, 6% interest, and conversion discounts, with shares to be issued on January 21, 2026.
This raises Agronomics’ total stake in All G to £8.9 million, or about 5% of its net asset value.
