A Texas man arrested for kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old student is jailed without bond.

Johnny Ray Green, 43, of Spring, Texas, has been arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault of a 15-year-old Dekaney High School student following an alleged incident on September 3. The teen reported being approached by Green after leaving school, offered a ride to a police station, then taken to his home where she was allegedly restrained, searched, and raped. She escaped, was dropped off at a Wendy’s, and later reported the attack. Surveillance footage supported her account. Green, a convicted felon, has been denied bond under a new Texas law and remains in custody. The case is ongoing.
