Quebec Rare Earth Elements acquires Moose REE Project, with plans for drilling and a 2028 resource estimate.
Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp. has acquired the Moose REE Project in Quebec under an option agreement, gaining access to a 5,324-hectare site with a large magnetic anomaly and high-grade rare earth potential.
A 2025 sample returned 6.17% TREO and 20.8% NdPr oxides, and the property is drill-ready with a 2026 airborne survey planned.
The company will pay $275,000 in cash and issue 825,000 shares over three years, with an additional $200,000 due within 120 days of disclosure.
The deal requires CSE approval and could lead to a maiden NI 43-101 resource by 2028.
Assays were verified and processed by ALS Canada Ltd.
