He confirmed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will soon visit India, following a 2023 agreement, and expressed hope for a joint commission meeting to boost cooperation in industry, pharmaceuticals, port development, and tourism, with Gujarat as a focal point. The ambassador also praised Gujarat’s culture and infrastructure, including a visit to the Dwarka temple where he prayed for peace in Ukraine, underscoring growing diplomatic and economic ties despite the conflict.
