Delfin Midstream is on track to make a final investment decision in February 2026 for its Delfin LNG project off Louisiana, a floating liquefied natural gas facility aiming to produce up to 13.2 million tonnes annually across up to three vessels.
The company has extended its agreement with Samsung Heavy Industries, placed orders for critical equipment, and secured key licensing from the U.S. Maritime Administration and Department of Energy.
Black & Veatch, as prime subcontractor, is overseeing engineering and commissioning using PRICO technology, with turbine manufacturing underway.
