Prosecutors said he billed Medicare and Medicaid more than $41 million, with over $4.8 million paid, while using improperly sanitized tools, posing serious patient safety risks.
Despite his defense claiming adherence to CDC guidelines, the government argued he violated manufacturer instructions and federal law.
He remains free on bond, with sentencing set for April 9, 2026.
