Lycoming County inmate Harry Bell escaped Dec. 19, was caught Dec. 27 after jumping from a motel window, and faces increased bail.
Harry Thomas Bell, 43, a Lycoming County Prison inmate, was captured on December 27 after escaping on December 19 and fleeing to a motel in Old Lycoming Township, where he jumped from a second-story window, sustaining injuries.
He was hospitalized, arraigned on escape and flight charges, and jailed on $50,000 bail.
Additional charges led to a $100,000 bail increase.
Bell had been incarcerated since late September for violating a protection order.
In related cases, Christian Krisher, 23, was arrested for a 2024 burglary causing $50,000 in damage and released on $75,000 bail, while Sean Obryan, 54, faced felony DUI charges after a crash with a blood-alcohol level of .19 and was released on $30,000 bail.
