Signature Global's sales bookings dropped 27% YoY in Oct–Dec 2025, hurt by delayed project launches despite strong demand.

Signature Global reported a 27% year-on-year drop in sales bookings to ₹2,020 crore for the October–December 2025 quarter, with unit sales falling to 408 from 1,518 and sales area dropping to 1.44 million sq ft. The decline may be linked to the delayed launch of a major Dwarka Expressway project, despite strong demand in key markets and positive early response to its wellness-focused Sarvam project. For the first nine months of FY26, bookings fell 23% to ₹6,680 crore. The company maintains its full-year target of ₹12,500 crore, requiring nearly ₹6,000 crore in the final quarter.
