Titan America to buy Keystone Cement for $310M, expanding Mid-Atlantic footprint.
Titan America, a Virginia-based building materials company, has agreed to acquire Keystone Cement Co. in Pennsylvania for $310 million.
The deal, announced on January 9, 2026, includes an integrated cement plant with 0.9 million tons per year clinker capacity and access to a 5.6 million-ton regional market across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Ohio.
