Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera has sued Bad Bunny for $16 million, alleging her voice was used without consent in two songs, "Solo de Mi" and "EoO," recorded during their time as theater students in 2018. She claims the phrase “Mira, puñeta, no me quiten el perreo” was sampled commercially, including in concerts and merchandise, without a contract, compensation, or permission. The lawsuit, filed in Puerto Rico, names Bad Bunny, producer Roberto Rosado (La Paciencia), and Rimas Entertainment. It follows a similar 2023 case by Bad Bunny’s former partner, also over unauthorized voice use. The trial is set for May.
