The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has opened bids for commercial development at Ghaziabad’s Namo Bharat Station on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut corridor, offering about 18,578 square meters of space across multiple levels for rooftop restaurants, cafes, retail outlets, wellness centers, hotels, and regional product shops.
The 25-year license will be awarded via e-tendering until February 4, 2026, aiming to boost non-fare revenue, enhance commuter convenience, and transform the station into a vibrant, integrated transit and lifestyle hub.
Located in a densely populated area with strong multimodal connectivity, the station is expected to see high foot traffic and support local economic growth.
