Everett and the Kraft Group have agreed on a 20-year, nearly $200 million community impact deal for a new soccer stadium on the former Mystic Generating Station site.
The project includes a 25,000-seat stadium, a waterfront park, and riverfront promenade, with $91.7 million in city benefits from payments, infrastructure, and ticket revenue.
An additional $100 million will fund environmental cleanup.
The agreement includes $17.5 million for a transit headhouse at Assembly Row, a $15 million fallback if construction delays, annual school donations, and community advisory input on park design.
The project remains pending permits.
