Elephant Grounds, a Hong Kong cafe chain, opens its first Singapore flagship store on January 10 at Guoco Midtown, offering its popular menu items like Mr Shakshuka and Acai Yogurt Bowl, plus a Singapore-exclusive Chicken Parm sandwich. The 70-seat, pet- and family-friendly space features indoor and outdoor seating, all-day dining, weekend brunch, and a merchandise section selling apparel and ice cream sandwiches. The chain, founded in 2013, previously expanded to Manila, Beijing, and Chengdu, with a Jakarta location planned for early 2026. The Singapore outlet operates daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
