Tata Motors has launched petrol variants of its Harrier and Safari SUVs, priced from ₹12.89 lakh to ₹13.29 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), featuring a new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine. Both models offer manual and automatic transmissions, improved fuel efficiency, and enhanced tech, including a large infotainment screen, advanced driver aids, and premium interiors. All variants earned a five-star safety rating under Bharat NCAP. The move expands Tata’s powertrain options in the mid-size and three-row SUV segments, traditionally diesel-dominated.
