Supreme Court rejects petition over CLAT 2026 leak claim due to delay and concluded process.
The Supreme Court has dismissed a petition seeking a court-monitored probe into allegations of a CLAT 2026 question paper leak, citing a 10-day delay in filing after the exam and the fact that the process had already concluded.
The petition, filed by law aspirants from SC, OBC, and EWS categories, claimed leaked papers circulated on social media before the December 7, 2025, test, undermining fairness.
The court, led by Justices P.S.
Narasimha and Alok Aradhe, found no urgency to intervene after results were declared and no remedial action could be taken.
The decision leaves the results unaffected.
