A man pleads not guilty in Atlanta to breaking into a Beyoncé tour vehicle, stealing items including unreleased music, in July 2025.
Kelvin Evans, 40, has pleaded not guilty to felony and misdemeanor charges in Fulton County court over an alleged July 2025 break-in at a parking deck in Atlanta during Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” tour.
Authorities say Evans broke into a rental Jeep Wagoneer linked to Beyoncé’s choreographer, damaging the window and stealing two suitcases containing personal items and a hard drive with unreleased music.
Surveillance footage and fingerprints tied him to the crime.
The case remains under investigation, with no stolen items recovered.
His next court date is set for February 11, 2026.
