The House Oversight Committee voted to subpoena Leslie Wexner and Epstein’s executors over their ties to Epstein’s network.
The U.S. House Oversight Committee has voted to issue subpoenas for billionaire Leslie Wexner, Epstein’s former financial manager, and estate co-executors Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, as part of its ongoing investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s network. Wexner, former CEO of Victoria’s Secret, had a decades-long relationship with Epstein, which he severed in 2019 after allegations of sexual abuse and claims Epstein misappropriated funds. Though a 2019 FBI email listed Wexner as a possible co-conspirator, his representatives say he was never a target. Indyke and Kahn deny any knowledge of or involvement in Epstein’s alleged crimes and say they cooperated with prior requests. The committee has obtained thousands of documents and previously subpoenaed high-profile figures including the Clintons and former Justice Department officials. The subpoenas must still be formally issued by Chair James Comer.
