Three women, aged 37, 42, and 21, were charged after a high-speed police pursuit across New South Wales and Victoria ended in a vineyard crash near Monak on January 16, 2026.
The chase began when officers responded to a search warrant in Coomealla, NSW, and pursued a station wagon fleeing at speeds up to 180 km/h.
The vehicle allegedly stole fuel and was later spotted in Euston and Robinvale before crashing.
The 37-year-old, believed to be the driver, faces charges including drug-impaired driving, driving a stolen vehicle, and possession of stolen goods.
The other two women were charged with being carried in a stolen vehicle and possessing stolen items.
The car, stolen from Bundoora, Victoria, in November 2025, contained clothing valued at about $1,000.
All three were denied bail and are due in court on January 7, 2026.
