A New York man pleaded guilty to threatening an ICE agent’s wife via Instagram, citing a rifle and targeting her.
A 63-year-old New York man, Anthony Noto, has pleaded guilty to threatening the wife of a Georgia ICE agent after posting a comment on Instagram that referenced a semiautomatic rifle and identified her as a potential target.
The post, made in September 2025, was deemed a credible threat.
Noto faces sentencing in April 2026.
A separate suspect, Frank Andrew Waszut of Tennessee, was also indicted for allegedly posting a video identifying the agent and encouraging violence.
