GDU has launched the UAV-P300, the world’s first drone with AI-driven fog-penetrating technology, unveiled on January 7, 2026. Designed for public safety, smart cities, and infrastructure monitoring, it enhances visibility by up to 50% in fog, rain, and low-light conditions using advanced sensors, AI processing, and a defogging system. The drone features a 50MP camera, 4K night vision, 11× optical and 176× hybrid zoom, LIDAR, AI obstacle detection, and a 2 km laser rangefinder. It operates autonomously in GNSS-denied areas via visual SLAM and integrates with the UVER platform for real-time data sharing. IP55-rated for durability, it will be available for purchase in late January 2026.
