Lincoln police have arrested 53-year-old Pedro Serpa after discovering nearly 2.5 pounds of suspected methamphetamine in his vehicle in north Lincoln.
Officers with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force followed Serpa on Interstate 80 and observed a large baggie of what appeared to be meth on the passenger seat as he exited his car.
A search uncovered the drugs, $1,520 in a black case, and $807 on Serpa.
He admitted to possessing and selling meth to about 10 people over the past year and lacking a drug tax stamp.
Serpa faces charges including possession of methamphetamine, possession of money tied to drug crimes, and failure to have a tax stamp.
His bond is set at $75,000, with a court date scheduled for February 4, 2026.
