One Bangkok launched 'The Empire of ONE,' a celebration for the Year of the Fire Horse, featuring a large-scale countdown event. The development, spanning 108 rai and backed by a THB 120 billion investment, is Bangkok’s largest integrated district, combining luxury residences, offices, retail, hotels, a live entertainment arena, cultural spaces, and a 50-rai public area. Located at a major transit hub, it achieved LEED Platinum certification—the first in Thailand—and aims for WELL Building Standard recognition. Developed by Frasers Property Limited and TCC Assets (Thailand), the project emphasizes sustainability, smart technology, and community well-being.
