A 44-year-old man was stabbed in a late-night incident in Moss Vale on December 12, hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, and released after treatment at Bowral Hospital. Two people were arrested: a 31-year-old man charged with intimidation and domestic violence-related intimidation, denied bail, and set for court on January 13; and a 31-year-old woman charged with hindering his arrest. A 28-year-old man from Mittagong was arrested in Moruya on December 27 following public assistance, charged with wounding with intent, intimidation, drug possession, and carrying a weapon, denied bail, and scheduled for trial on April 13, 2026. Police confirmed public help was key in locating the second suspect.
