Acting Venezuelan President Delcy Rodríguez, following Nicolás Maduro's removal, has invited the U.S. to collaborate and pursue respectful relations. In response, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated the U.S. is willing to engage with Venezuela’s current leadership if they make the "right decision," outlining conditions for cooperation, including democratic reforms and respect for human rights.
