The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has filed a case against Najaf Hameed, brother of former ISI chief Faiz Hameed, over allegations of land fraud using forged documents.
Accused while serving as a patwari in Islamabad, Najaf is charged with cheating, forgery, and misuse of authority in a scheme between 2009 and 2010 to fraudulently acquire one kanal of land by falsely recording only 10 marlas.
Co-accused include revenue officer Abdul Zahoor and patwari Khalid Munir.
