Real estate developer Sobha Ltd reported a 52% rise in third-quarter sales bookings to ₹2,115 crore in fiscal 2025-26, driven by higher sales volumes and improved pricing, with 13.7 million square feet sold. Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR contributed ₹1,512 crore and ₹349 crore, respectively. Year-to-date bookings reached ₹6,097 crore, up 37% from last year. The company achieved its highest quarterly sales value, though housing sales in India’s top nine cities fell 16% overall during the same period.
