Sigeric Ltd has applied to build two commercial buildings on Plot C1A at Rotherwas Industrial Estate in Hereford’s enterprise zone, seeking approval from Herefordshire Council by January 8, 2026. The project, designed by Tompkins Thomas Planning, includes a 3,892-square-metre unit for storage and dispatch on the southern site and a 2,525-square-metre facility for warehousing and production on the northern side. The development aims to boost industrial capacity and support local economic growth within the enterprise zone.
