Exports of AYUSH and herbal products rose 6.11% to $688.89 million in 2024–25, driven by the Ayush Export Promotion Council’s efforts in global outreach, quality standards, and trade promotion.
The council, established to support exporters and ensure compliance, manages the Ayush Quality Mark, launched by Prime Minister Modi at the 2025 WHO Summit, enhancing international credibility.
These developments align with India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives, boosting the sector’s global presence.
