It supports income-qualified residents across all counties, helping them combine state, federal, and utility incentives—such as up to $8,000 for cold-climate heat pumps—and streamlines installation through partnerships with contractors.
The initiative aims to reduce emissions, lower energy costs, and improve air quality, with programs targeting single-family homes and multifamily buildings.
Zero Homes recently earned technical validation from the Air Conditioning Contractors of America.
