A lost cat named Pepper, missing since 2021, has been reunited with his Sudbury family after more than four years, identified by his heart-shaped nose and tuxedo markings at a city shelter. Despite being described as feral and found over a kilometer from home, Pepper showed no aggression and quickly bonded with his family, especially Miss Cuddle Cakes, a cat who raised him.
