On Friday night, while crossing a street close to The Guwahati Address Hotel in Guwahati, veteran Indian actor Ashish Vidyarthi and his wife Rupali Barua got into a small car accident. They were both slightly hurt when a speeding motorcycle hit them, and Rupali was placed under medical observation as a precaution. In an Instagram live video, Vidyarthi verified their health, saying they are stable, healing, and there are no major worries. He urged the public not to sensationalize the incident, downplayed media reports, and mentioned that the motorcyclist involved regained consciousness. Now at home, the couple was married in 2023.
