A class action lawsuit has been filed against Firefly Aerospace (NASDAQ: FLY) on behalf of investors who bought its stock between August 7 and September 29, 2025, including during its August 7 IPO. The complaint alleges the company and its executives made false or misleading statements about the demand for its Spacecraft Solutions and the readiness and commercial potential of its Alpha rocket program, artificially inflating the stock’s value.
