HoABL’s digital housing launch in Mumbai sold 1,419 homes online, marking India’s first fully paperless project.
HoABL, a Mumbai-based developer, completed the fully digital allotment of 1,419 homes at its Growth Housing project in Naigaon, Western Mumbai, marking India’s first entirely online housing launch.
The process, conducted without sales staff, model units, or site visits, used a three-stage digital system for registration, KYC verification, and allotment, with instant digital allotment letters delivered via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
The homes, priced between ₹32.9 lakh and ₹49.9 lakh, included 51% one-bedroom and 49% two-bedroom units, attracting over 8,800 applicants.
Eighty percent of payments were received on schedule, and buyers received advance loan processing from major lenders including SBI, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank.
The project, a joint venture with Mittal Builders, generated ₹640 crore in sales and is set to deliver ahead of schedule.
The second phase is scheduled to launch in early February 2026.
