Three Kansas residents were arrested for fentanyl distribution near schools, with weapons and high bonds.
Three people—Scott Marchand, 48, Angeli Moragne, 39, and David Labombarbe, 39—were arrested in Riley County, Kansas, on December 30, 2025, in connection with a drug investigation involving fentanyl and other controlled substances.
All were charged with distributing or possessing drugs near schools, along with weapons and paraphernalia charges.
Marchand and Labombarbe face higher bond amounts of $156,000 and $150,000, respectively, while Moragne’s bond is $25,000.
The arrests followed two search warrants executed as part of an ongoing probe.
All remain in the Riley County Jail.
