A new Wiltshire booklet helps abuse survivors access legal, financial, and housing support.
A new booklet called 'Fresh Thoughts' has been launched in Wiltshire to assist domestic abuse survivors with legal navigation, safety, financial aid, housing, and local support services.
Created by the Salisbury and Swindon Soroptimists based on a model from Poole, Purbeck and District, it was funded by the High Sheriff’s Fund and private donors.
The launch, supported by MP John Glen and Wiltshire Police Chief Constable Catherine Roper, distributed 700 of 1,000 printed copies, with plans for a second print run through sponsorship.
