The two-Michelin-starred restaurant, famed for its fine dining and consistent excellence, is undergoing a major redevelopment. Around 150 staff were reportedly made redundant, though the company hasn’t confirmed the number. Executive head chef Luke Selby has left to become chef partner at Palé Hall Hotel in North Wales. Raymond Blanc has taken on a lifetime ambassador role during the transition.
