Zambia has secured about $14.71 billion in actualized investments since 2021, driven by stable policies, strong economic conditions, and progress on debt restructuring, according to the Zambia Development Agency.
At a Lusaka briefing, Director-General Albert Halwampa said 779 of 2,065 registered companies have completed investments, creating over 91,000 jobs.
Manufacturing led with $5.54 billion, followed by mining at $5.07 billion and transport at $1.53 billion.
The ZDA plans to sustain momentum through continued investment and trade promotion.
