A 2-year-old boy with curly brown hair and a light gray sweater was found inside a vehicle in Highland Park, Los Angeles, on December 28, 2025, after a man attempted to steal the car and fled. The child, who appeared familiar with a dog also inside the car, was taken into custody by the Department of Children and Family Services.
