The initial demand was ₹168.19 crore, reduced to ₹96.18 crore after VECV’s response, with the final order issued on December 29, 2025. The company disputes the ruling, calling it without merit, and plans to appeal within the legal timeframe. Eicher Motors confirmed the matter won’t impact its financial health or operations.
