Polish Airports SA has committed to investing approximately EUR1.09 billion in Poland’s Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) airport project by 2032, following a December 15, 2025, agreement. The airport, set to open in 2032 with two runways and a 34-million-passenger annual capacity, will feature a terminal starting construction in 2026 and an underground rail link expected by 2029. The project, part of a larger transportation hub, aims to boost Poland’s air connectivity. PPL holds the option to acquire up to 100% of the project’s shares.
